Watching Rafael Nadal play tennis in the US OPEN 2013 is nothing short of spectacular. I had to ask myself, “Was he even seriously injured this past year?” The way he is moving on the court is incredible. His footwork and ability to get to almost any shot his opponent gives him must be terrifying to anyone playing against him. What is the difference between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal’s tennis footwork? Both players are extremely fast and agile with powerful movements. Never Give Up! No Matter What

At any level or age, we all struggle with this! Everyone has a different threshold to when they start giving up. This can be very subtle and not even noticeable during a match or it can be very obvious. Some players start giving up when they are physically and mentally tired while others give up when they realize they cannot beat their opponent.
